Chapter 1274: Through The Space
By the time she finished speaking, I had already memorized everything she had revealed. The structure of the Primordial Beast Universe was gradually becoming clear in my mind, including the locations of its strongest beings, the territories they controlled, the way they communicated with the Eternals, and the distribution of their forces.
She was breathing heavily by then, clearly exhausted from the injuries she had suffered, while the Destruction Lightning chains continued binding her body.
“Now let me go,” she finally said, her voice carrying a mixture of anger and exhaustion. “I have told you everything you wanted to know. You have no reason to keep me here.”
I looked at her for a moment before shaking my head.
“I never promised to let you go.”
Her expression changed.
Before she could react, I raised my hand and activated Space Origin. The Space around her body instantly compressed from every direction, forming an invisible prison that crushed her existence between layers of distorted Space. She tried to resist, but her injured body could no longer withstand my power.
The Space around her collapsed completely, and her body disappeared without even leaving enough time for her to scream.
I immediately opened the black hole within my Divine Core and absorbed the remaining fragments of her soul and Force Origin.
The comprehension entered my Divine Core almost instantly.
I carefully separated the information from the Origin comprehension and began organizing everything within my mind. The Primordial Beast Universe possessed far more strength than I had initially expected. There were seventeen Demi-Gods in total, consisting of four Middle Demi-Gods, two High Demi-Gods, and eleven Low Demi-Gods.
I had now killed 2 of them.
The woman I had just eliminated was one of the Low Demi-Gods, and Sovereign Millennium Blood had been another. That left nine Low Demi-Gods, four Middle Demi-Gods, and two High Demi-Gods.
I could deal with the Low Demi-Gods.
The Middle Demi-Gods would be considerably more troublesome, but with my current strength, especially after increasing my Time Origin to forty-three percent and gaining access to the formation-based combat I had developed in the Prime Universe, I believed I could fight them under the right circumstances.
The High Demi-Gods were another matter entirely.
I had no intention of challenging one right now.
Fortunately, neither of them was currently inside the Primordial Beast Universe. According to the information I had obtained, both High Demi-Gods had positions within the Eternal Universe and had already traveled there, leaving the Beast Universe without its two strongest guardians.
That made my decision easy.
I would begin with the Middle Demi-Gods.
The main galaxy of the Primordial Beast Universe was known as Beastheart Galaxy, a vast central galaxy that served as the primary gathering place for the strongest forces of this universe. All four Middle Demi-Gods were normally associated with this galaxy, although they were not always located in the same place. The remaining Low Demi-Gods were spread throughout different regions of the universe, each controlling their own territories.
I took a slow breath.
The hunt was about to become much more interesting.
I immediately accelerated toward Beastheart Galaxy.
The journey took some time, but once I entered the outer region of the galaxy, I slowed down and carefully concealed my presence. I did not want the Middle Demi-Gods to sense me before I had chosen my target. I expanded my perception gradually, allowing it to spread through the enormous galaxy without releasing any obvious fluctuations.
The scale of Beastheart Galaxy was astonishing.
Countless planets filled the region, and powerful beast races occupied enormous territories throughout the galaxy. Even ordinary creatures possessed far stronger bloodlines than the humans I had encountered in the Prime Universe. Ancient beasts moved between planets, massive flying creatures crossed star systems, and enormous energy fluctuations occasionally emerged from distant regions.
But I was not interested in any of them.
I was looking for Demi-Gods.
My perception continued expanding.
Then I found one.
Then another.
I immediately focused on the two powerful auras and carefully examined them from a distance.
Both were Middle Demi-Gods.
I was about to continue searching for the other two when I noticed something that immediately caught my attention.
One of the two auras carried a familiar fluctuation.
Space.
My eyes brightened.
A Middle Demi-God with Space Origin.
That was exactly the type of opponent I wanted.
After fighting Eternal Time and seeing how much my Time Origin had increased through absorbing his comprehension, I had already understood how valuable it was to hunt Demi-Gods who specialized in Origins I could use or improve. If I could kill this Space-based Middle Demi-God, the resulting comprehension could potentially strengthen my own Space Origin considerably.
A faint smile appeared on my face.
“I’ll take you first.”
I concealed my aura even further and moved toward his location.
The Middle Demi-God was living on a single planet within an enormous mountain range. The planet itself was enormous, but the mountains were what immediately caught my attention. They stretched across the surface like endless waves, with peaks so tall that they disappeared into the clouds and valleys deep enough to resemble enormous canyons.
At the highest point of one of those mountains stood a magnificent residence.
The surrounding region was peaceful.
I carefully observed the place from a hidden position in Space.
The Middle Demi-God was a middle-aged man with fair skin and a robust build. Two enormous silver-colored wings extended from his back, and every subtle movement of those wings caused faint spatial fluctuations to spread through the surrounding area.
His appearance was calm and dignified, almost like someone who had spent countless years isolated from the conflicts of the outside world.
But his aura told me the truth.
He was powerful.
Very powerful.
Another Middle Demi-God was also present on the same planet, although the two were separated by a considerable distance. The other two Middle Demi-Gods were nowhere nearby, which meant I did not have to worry about fighting four opponents simultaneously.
That was exactly what I needed.
I remained hidden and carefully studied the silver-winged man.
He occasionally disappeared from my perception for a fraction of a moment before reappearing somewhere else on the mountain, clearly using Space Origin instinctively even during ordinary movements.
I could not help but feel excited.
A Middle Demi-God with Space Origin was standing right in front of me.
And he had no idea that I was here.
I settled deeper into the void and suppressed every trace of my aura.
I would not attack immediately.
