Chapter 1270: Leaving

Amun and Aurora continued looking at me as though they were waiting for me to take back what I had just said. I had expected that reaction, but I had already made my decision.

The Nine Hell Revenge Formation had given the Prime Universe a temporary shield against Theras, and the deaths of Eternal Time and Annihilating Lightning had bought us even more time. But time was only useful if we actually used it.

“I am not planning to leave blindly,” I said, breaking the silence. “I know exactly what I am going to do.”

Amun crossed his arms. “Then explain it.”

“I am going to enter one of the vassal universes controlled by the Eternals, find their Demi-Gods, and hunt them.”

Aurora’s expression immediately tightened.

I continued before either of them could interrupt. “I have already reached the Middle Demi-God realm, and my Origin comprehension is increasing rapidly whenever I fight opponents who have specialized in different Origins.

If I stay inside the Prime Universe and simply meditate, I will eventually become stronger, but it will take far too long. The Eternals have already shown us that they are willing to use their vassal universes to increase their numbers. If I can enter those universes and eliminate their Demi-Gods, I can both weaken them and use their Origins to accelerate my own progress.”

Amun’s eyes narrowed. “You are talking about hunting them inside their own territory. That is exactly what makes this dangerous.”

“I know.”

He stared at me for a moment, perhaps expecting me to reconsider, but I had already thought about the risks. “I also won’t be leaving the Prime Universe completely undefended. Three of my summons will remain here.”

That caught Aurora’s attention.

“Which three?”

“Aurora, Silver, and Ash.”

I paused before adding, “They will remain near the battlefield and assist you if anything happens while I am gone. I will also maintain the connection with them, so if something changes, I will know.”

Amun’s expression remained serious, but I could tell he was listening more carefully now.

“You are planning to move secretly.”

“Of course. The Eternals already know I exist. They also know I killed several of their Demi-Gods. If I openly leave the Prime Universe, they will immediately assume I am coming for their vassal universes. I want them to believe I am still here.”

Aurora nodded slowly. “And where are you planning to go first?”

“The Primordial Beast Universe.”

Amun’s eyes sharpened.

“The Beast Universe?”

“Yes. Sovereign Millennium Blood came from there, and we already know that universe contains multiple Demi-Gods connected to the Eternals. I have no reason to believe he was the only one.”

Amun remained silent.

Then he asked the obvious question.

“How are you planning to get there?”

I smiled.

“That part is my problem.”

His expression became slightly annoyed. “Billion, we have spent countless years studying the Prime Universe and the territories connected to it. We do not have a stable passage to the Primordial Beast Universe. Even if you somehow find one, crossing between universes is not like traveling through Space inside a galaxy.”

“I know.”

“Then what exactly are you planning?”

“I will find a way.”

Aurora looked at me for a few seconds before sighing. “You really have already made up your mind.”

“Yes.”

She shook her head, but there was a faint smile on her face. “At least you are honest about it.”

I stood.

My body had already recovered enough that the exhaustion from the battle was no longer a serious concern. The moment I rose, the three summons I had chosen appeared nearby.

Aurora stepped forward first, followed by Silver and Ash.

I looked at them carefully.

“You three will stay here. Aurora, I will leave you in charge. Let me know if something goes wrong.”

Aurora nodded without hesitation.

Silver gave me a quiet smile. “We will hold the line.”

Ash simply folded his arms and looked toward the distant battlefield. His answer was equally simple. “Come back alive.”

I smiled.

“I intend to.”

Amun looked at the three summons and then back at me. “You realize that leaving three of your strongest summons here means your own strength will be reduced.”

“If I cannot trust the people protecting the Prime Universe while I am gone, then I have no business leaving it in the first place.”

Amun studied me for a moment before finally giving a small nod.

“Fine.”

Aurora looked surprised. “You are actually agreeing?”

“I did not say I approved of it,” Amun replied dryly. “I said I understand that stopping him is probably impossible.”

I laughed.

Amun then became serious again. “If you find yourself facing more than you can handle, retreat.”

“I will.”

“And if you discover Theras himself is involved?”

I looked directly at him.

“Then I will not fight him.”

That answer seemed to satisfy him.

At least for the moment.

I turned toward the distant exit from the ancient battlefield. The enormous crack leading back toward the Prime Universe was still visible in the distance, surrounded by the remnants of ancient battles.

I took one final look at Amun and Aurora.

“I will contact you when I find the passage.”

Aurora nodded.

Amun raised a hand. “Good luck.”

I smiled.

Then I disappeared into Space.

The moment I left Rumble Valley, I deliberately changed my route several times. I did not travel directly toward any obvious region of the Prime Galaxy. Instead, I crossed through remote stretches of void, moving between abandoned regions and broken systems until I was certain no ordinary perception could follow me.

Eventually, I found what I wanted.

A completely remote region of void.

There were no inhabited planets nearby, no major celestial structures, and no noticeable energy fluctuations that would attract attention. I stopped there and sat down cross-legged in the middle of the darkness.

The Prime Galaxy stretched endlessly around me.

I closed my eyes.

There was only one thing left to do.

Find the path to the Primordial Beast Universe.

I activated my All-Knowing Eyes.

The moment they opened, the void around me seemed to disappear.

My perception expanded beyond Space.

Beyond Time.

Beyond the ordinary boundaries of the universe.

Countless possibilities appeared before me, layered upon one another like an endless ocean. Most paths led nowhere. Some ended in unstable spatial storms. Others connected to dead regions of the universe. A few seemed to lead toward distant universes, but every one of them was either sealed, broken, or impossible to cross safely.

I continued searching.

Then, deep within the endless possibilities, I finally saw something different.

A vision.

A particular region of empty Space inside the Prime Galaxy.

Nothing about it looked special. Just an ordinary patch of void. Yet behind that emptiness, I could see something else.

A barrier.

A connection between two universes.

The path existed.

It was simply hidden.

I opened my eyes.

A faint smile appeared on my face.

“I found you.”

Now all I had to do was break it.
